Corporate Events

From large conferences and fundraisers to product launches and celebrations, we have been doing these events since 1998. We have done some very complicated events to simple events. Integrating audio, staging, drapery, lighting and video projection we can do it all. Since 2020, we have been broadcasting and recording the events as well.

Timing

These events are dependent on proper timing, with images, video, stage walk ons, audio tracks, lighting cues and a mix of lapel and podium mics. Sometimes, a panel of people talking. This requires great sound, lighting and video people who understand the clients vision and feel for the presentation.

The Board Room

Some Corporate events require a lot of microphones at the same time around a large table. Having an audio engineer in the room with experience is vital during these meetings. This requires a lot of attention to what is happening. There are also video cameras to switch so the viewers online don't miss anything and video content to display on screens in the room.
